The Flow Pack
Kira
Certified at Happy Tails as therapy dog; as co-coach by Pets4Care with a ISAAT/ESAAT valid accreditation; assessed and certified during the AAI training in Poland with organisations in cooperation with IAHAIO. Currently also admitted at the Detection classes from K9 nose.
She is very secure of herself and always knows what she wants. She is great for any type of session, however, she is not afraid of bringing up confronting themes of a person.
She if Flow's inspiration, source of its foundation and the pilar of our pack together with the oldest male Canto.

Canto
Not certified, inserted for observational purposes. This means that he will not interact directly with the client involved in the intervention. Canto is the leader of the pack together with Kira, he is very sensible to transparency in a person.
His reactions can be very interesting in a systemic context, and since he is not certified, we employ the guidelines regarding wild animals of IAHAIO's white paper on Guidelines for Wellness of animals involved in AAI:
"observation and contemplation about wild animals in the natural world and in wild life sanctuaries that meet national/international animal welfare standards may be involved as opposed to direct contact with wild animals provided it is done in a way not to cause the animals any stress or damage to their habitat".
Canto is a domestic animal in all effects, but not being suitable for AAI interventions despite his added value to them, he is inserted in safety in a way that he can leave whenever he feels like, but still can give his contribution (if he wishes) to the session.

Charu
Certified as co-coach by Pets4Care and active in Mantrailing with Casa Lupo, having achieved already his first level 1 certificate for a 800m trail.
Do not let his wild looks deceive you; he is an extremely sensible and cuddlish wolfdog which can cast the most subtle signals and emotions from someone. He loves bringing comfort to people and cheer them up if needed.
At the moment Charu has not been re-tested yet. His place in the pack has changed therefore it is being observed if it is the case to still insert him as a certified dog or insert him in the observational setting (explained in Canto's and Kaoui's descriptions).

Kaoui
Not certified, inserted for observational purposes. This means that he will not interact directly with the client involved in the intervention. Kaoui has a higher % of wolf genes compared to the others. His communication skills are fantastic and his energy is very soothing.
His reactions can be very interesting in a systemic context, and since he is not certified, we employ the guidelines regarding wild animals of IAHAIO's white paper on Guidelines for Wellness of animals involved in AAI:

How we work
Our core approach is inserting wolfdogs during the sessions because they show spotless what is happening with the client. It is not necessary to like dogs, they can also be seen as a tool to make the session more efficient and much simpler to read. The dog will give feedback on every kind of important emotion felt by the client, but also to every move the client makes. Being very close to nature, wolfdogs are very sharp in their communication and are constantly scanning the environment around them and reacting to it, that is still strong in them due to survival but also to maintain relational bonds.
Sessions without wolfdogs can also be realised. The Flow pack shows different lessons in every session and even out of them, therefore their wisdom might still be used by Tahira in sessions that are not assisted by the wolfdogs.
Furthermore, being in the process of specialising in the systemic coaching assisted by horses, Flow's sessions and approach can touch hidden layers around the client that might not concern the client directly but the system he or she makes part of (for example family, friendships, work). Wolfdogs can feel that layer and react upon it, therefore their presence brings much more information compared to a talk with Tahira without the wolfdogs. This information can also help the client understanding his or her situation better and also trying a possible action that might help with him or her question.
Yes, the client approaches Flow with a question about him or herself that is somehow obstructing his or her (professional/personal) life. It can be very surprising to discover what are the real sources of those obstacles. The client will then be contacted for an intake conversation so that the question can be understood properly. Once that is clear, the coaching path can start.
The sessions can be diverse and can also be realised outside or in nature.
The Systemic Method
Systemic Coaching is, in Flow's belief, the deepest method of coaching there is. A methodology that can bring up information not only about yourself but about the generations around you. Yes, because you are an individual, but you are also you parent's son or daughter; you are your grandparents grandson or granddaughter; perhaps you are yourself a father or a mother; you are a sister or a brother.
This method can most of the times bring up new topics that you didn't even thought about, and perhaps you will notice that it is not your topic, but you carry it from someone else related to you.
"Being related" is not necessarily linked to your family (even if a distant one), but could also be an organisation you make part of or a team. Also at your working place you are connected to others and directly or indirectly your actions influence it.
